Transforming Pain into Purpose

Vulnerability isn’t just about sharing our stories; it’s about creating safe spaces that unlock hidden voices.

After spending years persevering through my own challenges with mental illness, addictions and suicide, I firmly believe that the only reason why I’m still alive today is to carry a message. It has become my life’s mission to strengthen the conversation around mental health so that others don’t have to suffer in silence the same way as I did.

As a keynote speaker, I empower individuals to remove their mask, step into vulnerability, and connect to themselves and others in a more authentic way.

If you’re interested in discovering how we can create a space where people are seen, heard, and supported, let’s talk!

Values to live by

Authenticity

“I would rather tell the world who I am than pretend to be someone I’m not” – Allan Kehler

Being transparent, open and honest in all conversations. Not hiding behind anything (not even a smile). Being real and relatable – especially in tough situations. Developing a trusting and long-lasting relationship with people. Helping people knock down barriers so they can show up as their authentic self.

Passion

“Whatever your passion is, I promise you’ll be able to make a living doing it.” – Dr. Wayne Dyer

Speaking and living with passion. Taking a moment to pause, self-reflect and feel alive. Carrying out the gifts that you have been given with joy and tenacity. Stepping into creating a life that is purpose-driven and fuels your heart and soul.

Connection

“There’s a reason why we have two ears and one mouth.” – Elders saying

Listening to others and being there to provide support. Creating a space where people feel comfortable to share challenges and struggles. Showing compassion, feeling a sense of belonging, and understanding that we are not alone.

Transformation

“Sometimes when you’re in a dark place, you think you’ve been buried, but you’ve actually been planted” – Christine Caine

Bringing light into dark. Turning pain into love and acceptance. Encouraging people to ask questions and have difficult conversations. Embracing vulnerability, sharing genuinely, and connecting at a deeper level. Allowing people to transform their lives and workplaces.

I’m on a mission to empower people
to live an authentic, passionate, and
connected life.

“Taking care of your own needs has nothing to do with being selfish. Rather, it has to do with self-respect. You are saying: I am worthy.”

– Allan Kehler
